A civil defense training exercise was held at the Ganja branch of the State Reserves Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ADEA) jointly with the Ministry of Emergency Situations. The training was organized in accordance with the civil defense plan. During the exercise, a simulated structure collapse  and short circuit alarm were activated to assess staff preparedness.

Participants gained practical knowledge on key tasks such as preventing public panic during emergencies, managing resources effectively, and ensuring the safety of civilians.

At the end of the exercise, the participants’ performance was evaluated, and the preparedness level of the civil defense units was deemed satisfactory.

It should be noted that such exercises play an important role in ensuring the rapid and coordinated response of civil defense units. The State Reserves Agency will continue to organize similar activities jointly with relevant government bodies in the future to enhance public safety during emergency situations.
