Participate in the formation and implementation of state policy in the relevant field;

Ensure the development of the relevant field, oversee the creation and management of strategic reserves and emergency reserves within civil defense measures, and supervise state reserves;

Carry out the supply, storage, and renewal (replacement) of grain for the State Grain Fund;

Take necessary measures as a customer for the procurement of goods for the strategic and emergency reserves created;

Ensure the stability of the country’s supply of strategically important goods and take measures to prevent short-term sharp price fluctuations of these goods in the domestic market;

Monitor compliance with the applicable normative legal acts in the relevant field;

Conduct monitoring of strategically important goods (including those provided by market participants), involve independent experts and specialists for this purpose, participate in forecasting, and coordinate activities in the relevant field.
